Massage Therapy

Customized Massage Therapy. No two massages are exactly the same!

Benefits of massage therapy include alleviation of pain and pain syndromes, decreased muscle tension, relaxation, improved sleep, improved circulation and quicker recovery from injury.

Before each massage, your licensed massage therapist will review your goals for that session and come up with a customized treatment plan to fit your needs. A combination of techniques and modalities will be used during each visit to ensure your maximum comfort and benefit. Please discuss any health issues or concerns with your massage therapist prior to each session so that your massage can be continually adjusted to your changing needs.
